We made it to New Orleans! We (thankfully) sold our house relatively quick and had less than two weeks to close and pack up shop. I thought moving was easy-- that was before I had a house and a child. Next time I will pay anything, ANYTHING, for someone to do it for me.
I might have been a slight whiner about moving because... I am expecting! So nauseousness, hunger and fatigue did it all with me. They're great to have around. They're like the friends who show you what you're (not) made of.
So we are in a condo for now, still searching for a house and filling up the days with trips to bounce houses and parks. Jack has no idea how good he has it. And his little sibling will make his or her debut in April, just two days after Jack will turn two.
There is nothing as constant as change.
